Days 1 & 2: Fat Loading

Begin a high fat, high calorie diet for the first two days only. Eat until you cannot eat anymore, almost over eating. Alcohol is not allowed.

This is an essential step in resetting the body’s fat regulating system.

Days 3-23: Weight Loss Protocol

Day 3 is the beginning of your Weight Loss Protocol, where you will be using a homeopathic remedy to suppress your appetite/cravings. You will also be on a strict low fat low calorie diet during this time. You may stick with the classic 23 day schedule if you are happy with your results but talk with Kim about a longer protocol if that works better for you.

Day 23 & Beyond: Maintenance

The maintenance stage is crucial for keeping the weight off and getting over the mental hurdles that will set you up for life success.

This is when you stop the Weight Management drops and slowly increase caloric intake while stabilizing your new weight. Continue a no starch no sugar diet for the next three or more weeks following Day 23. A specific meal plan is available for easy shopping. Alcohol is still not allowed.
